Scenario 1

The commercial gallery representing the artist and art works, automatically becomes the legal owner of everything in the artist studio, and the copyright owner of all works, in all collections.
The artist family and dependants, remain unaware of all signed agreements between the gallery and the artist. New Art Laws of intervention, and permanent representative is needed in this case, as a procedure to protect and support the fair and proper administration of the artist legacy. In this case, it is best to prevent the continuing mystery of disappearing art, and the ignorance of the artist families , to the true worth of their artistic legacies.
Scenario 2
Given the ‘White Cube’ – the artist studio is stripped pristine clean and bare, within minutes, hours, etc. Completely empty, and painted clinically white, how is this task achieved. Even when the works of art, are secured under heavy duty locks.
Where do they go? How are the art works distributed, by whom and why? Who are the thieves in these diabolical crew, whose movements are faster than light? Is it among those with the knowledge, of how to live in the world for free. What can be done to prevent this damage, and distress among all artists?
Scenario 3
An artist is invited to deliver a slide show and talk about current work. The place is a private members group only. The photographic slides are projected on a large screen. The presentation and group discussion are all excellent, everyone is excited and inspired.
Packing away and ready to go, the small plastic box, containing all the slides of the artist works are missing. Obviously, someone in the room has taken it.
